Teen and Youth Exam Stress Counselling 3-Pack (50 mins)

About this service

Three counselling sessions of 50 minutes for teenagers and young adults facing exam pressure or school worries. A counsellor works with the young person on coping and planning skills, with a short summary shared with parents if the teen agrees, subject to the usual safeguarding limits on confidentiality.
