About this service
Four one-to-one counselling sessions of 50 minutes each at Inside Out's Bishan clinic. Use the sessions to talk through stress, relationships or life changes at your own pace. Sessions are booked in advance and the pack is valid for 4 months. Counselling is not a substitute for emergency care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 995 or go to the nearest A&E. For emotional crisis support, call the Samaritans of Singapore 24-hour hotline on 1767.
